1. Formulation

2. Cooking
After your formula has been finalized, we scale production to meet your needs. Our modern facilities allow us to cook to required brix and pH, add in actives, jacketed transfer to holding tanks, and create starchless depositing.
3. Cooling, ejection, & coating
Our in-line gummy equipment and expert formulators design each formula for ejection from the starchless molds in minutes. Our high capacity drive travels through a large cooling tunnel before the gummies are automatically ejected onto a conveyor. These gummies are fully formed and ready to be coated to your precise specifications with many coating options.
4. Packaging & labels
Once coated and cured, your gummies will be evaluated for quality. We have multiple certifications and have the capacity to create custom, professional packaging for every gummy brand.
